Angus Fairgrieve, P.Eng. is an engineer, entrepreneur, and technology consultant with 17 years of experience in oil and gas infrastructure, waste-to-energy, and cleaner energy projects across North America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. He has led capital projects valued up to $100M, leveraging technical execution, business strategy, and Indigenous collaboration to drive energy initiatives in Canada’s resource sectors and expand sustainable solutions in developing nations.

Beyond engineering, Angus has spent the past decade leading web application development, including a custom-built educational platform that now generates multi-million USD annually. 

As a licensed professional engineer in multiple Canadian provinces, Angus also mentors University of Calgary students, guiding them in software development for engineering applications. He continues to drive technology and energy solutions that bridge engineering, entrepreneurship, and sustainable innovation.

Lance is a seasoned software engineering leader with over two decades of experience, known for guiding critical technology initiatives that generate significant business impact. His deep expertise lies in leveraging technology to unlock value for enterprises, regardless of their size or industry.
At Passportal, where he spent six years, Lance played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and its eventual eight-figure acquisition by SolarWinds in 2019. His technical leadership was instrumental in scaling the organization and positioning it for a successful exit.

In 2020, Lance joined Neo Financial as a software engineer, where he joined the team that spearheaded the creation of an innovative credit card platform tailored for Fortune 500 co-branded partners. This effort helped catapult Neo into one of Western Canada’s leading credit card processors and among the country’s fastest-growing tech firms.
